Swine Flu symptoms are just like the regular Flu. If you are worried go see a doctor, but swine flu is treatable with normal Flu remedies, like Tamiflu or Nyquil. Drink lots of water and get lots of rest if you feel sick.

You probably have swine flu, but don't worry! I have swine flu right now and I promise, it's not really anything to worry about. It's not a lot of fun, but provided you take care of yourself, you should be good. Our symptoms are pretty similar. Your doctor might prescribe Tamiflu, which you should definitely take, if s/ he does. The first dose I took made me rather nauseous and I ended up throwing up, but that hasn't happened in my last two doses and I otherwise feel considerably better. That's definitely good that you're not going to school - just take a day or two to rest up and you probably don't have anything to worry about. If your temperature gets up to 104, that's when you should worry, but in the mean time, take ibuprofen (Advil, Tylenol) to bring down your fever and work on your pain, drink lots of fluids, eat as well as possible, get lots of sleep, and don't stress it. You might also want to take a cough suppressant like Delsym to stop your cough a bit. Halls has mentholated cough drops and also yummy Vitamin C "Defense " drops, which are almost as effective as cough drops, but usually more tasty. I've been eating lots of popsicles - I think they helped break my fever.
